Privacy notice for TrioSEO
This notice explains what we keep when you use trioseo.agency, why we keep it, and how to ask us to change or remove it.
We keep what the marketplace needs to run your orders and what accounting rules require. We do not sell personal data. Questions and requests go through the account page.
What we collect
Account details come first: your email, your login method and the name you give. Without them there is no dashboard.
Order data follows. That covers baskets, target URLs, keywords, any prompt or article you submit, order status and balance movements.
We also record technical data such as IP address, browser type and timestamps in server logs, which helps us spot abuse and fix faults.
Why we use it
We use your details to run the service, deliver placements, issue invoices and proforma invoices, and answer your requests.
Security is the second reason. Logs show failed logins, odd API traffic and repeated requests that look automated.
Third, accounting. Payment and invoice records must be kept for the period that tax and bookkeeping rules require, which can be longer than the life of an account.
Who sees it
Order data is used to support you. Hosting and payment providers process data on our behalf under their own terms.
Publishers who list sites with us see the details of a placement they approve, such as the target URL and the text. They do not see your balance or your other orders.
We may disclose data if a court or authority legally requires it.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in and to remember small settings. The budget widget on the home page runs locally and sends nothing to us.
You can block cookies in your browser. The dashboard will then ask you to sign in more often, or not at all.
Your choices
Use the account page to ask for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion. If a legal duty means we must keep some records, we will say so.
Keep in mind that the site may mention other sites in plain text only. We do not control what they collect and suggest you read their notices.
Placements already published on third-party sites are controlled by those sites. Removing your account does not remove an article from a publisher.
If we change this notice, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Last updated 29 October 2026.
