Terms of use for the TrioSEO marketplace
By creating an account or placing an order on trioseo.agency you accept the terms below. Please read them before you pay for anything.
The service in one paragraph
TrioSEO operates a marketplace where you buy individual dofollow backlinks, as editorial placements or link insertions, on third-party websites. We are the operator; contact goes through the account page.
Prices are shown per link and depend on the donor. Nothing is charged until you pay the basket.
Accounts and money
You are responsible for what happens under your login and for any API key you create. Keep keys private.
Orders are paid from your dashboard balance. Balance is topped up in the dashboard, not through the API, and invoices and proforma invoices can be requested there.
Pricing is pay-as-you-go. There is no subscription and no minimum monthly spend.
Orders and delivery
You choose a content mode for each order: automatic from a target URL and keyword, your own instructions, or your own finished article. In automatic mode the article is AI-written and contains one link to your page.
Placements usually go live about 24 hours after payment and are intended to be permanent and dofollow. Delivery time can vary, and an order's status is visible in your ordered-links list.
You must make sure your target page and your supplied text are lawful and that you hold the rights to them.
What you must not do
Do not order links to unlawful, deceptive or harmful sites. Do not submit text that infringes rights or contains malware.
Do not abuse the API, share keys with unrelated parties or try to bypass limits. We may pause an account that does.
AI agents may fill a basket on your behalf, but you are the one who approves payment and carries the consequences.
Publishers
If you list your own site, you set a price and approve every placement. Payouts are made weekly.
You must keep an approved placement live as agreed and must not change it to carry other links.
No promises on search results
We sell placements, not rankings. Search engines decide what ranks, and we cannot guarantee positions, traffic or protection from any Google update.
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited by law.
